iManage WorkSite Mobility app for iPhone and iPad

iManage WorkSite Mobility allows you to access your organization’s WorkSite document and email repository from anywhere. Designed especially to take advantage of the iPhone’s unique interface and storage capabilities, WorkSite Mobility allows users to browse and search workspaces, folders, and documents, view document content, and even download documents for offline use.

WorkSite Mobility iPhone Edition includes the following key features and benefits:
•Use any of Apple’s newest portable devices using the iPhone OS 3.2 or above, including iPad, iPhone 4, iPhone 3G, iPhone 3GS, and iPod Touch (newer generations).
•Stored login credentials for any number of WorkSite servers, connect to any information worldwide.
•Take advantage of iPhone’s built-in VPN secure networking protocols for safe, encrypted information access when not within corporate WiFi range.
•Browse favorite and bookmarked workspaces and folders from the WorkSite Explorer.
•Search for information using the built-in IDOL search which provides advanced keyword and conceptual searching.
•View documents and email using the iPhone’s built-in, high-fidelity document viewers. Dial phone numbers and view web-pages from URLs embedded directly within documents and email.
•Access archived email and attachments, as well as forward, reply, and reply all to emails using the built-in Apple Mail application.
•Download documents into the built-in “Briefcase” for viewing when iPhone is offline, or connectivity is poor.

NOTE: Downloading WorkSite Mobility iPhone Edition provides you with an opportunity to review the product features with the pre-configured demonstration server. Connection to a production server requires a WorkSite Mobility Server license, as well as an accompanying client access license from Autonomy, and will require you to agree to Autonomy’s End-User License Agreement.
